Extended Holiday Returns

We extend the holiday returns to allow orders of BRAND NEW items delivered from Oct 12th, 2021 to be returnable through January 15th, 2022. Don’t hesitate to gift your family and friends this holiday!

• Outlet Items, Blowout Sales, Clearance, and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
• We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
• Shipping fee is not refundable.

Return Policy

• Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
• Please be noted that a 20% restocking fee of the Heated Socks shall be charged for returns or exchanges
• Shipping fee is not refundable.
• If you need an exchange after 30 days from your order delivery, a $10 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
• If you want to upgrade the battery of the exchange items from B19G standard battery to Mini 5K battery, a $10 upgrade fee for each battery will be charged to make up the price difference.

How to Return

• Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
• Inform us of your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.

*Please be noted that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.
